Michael Panah is a seasoned, driven professional with a high degree of individual initiative. He has a proven track record for success and years of practical experience in mid-sized to international law firms, and financial institutions working closely with individual clients, corporate/transactional attorneys, credit officers and risk management teams. Michael possesses strong knowledge of personal injury, consumer protection, real estate terminology, commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment management. He also has a thorough understanding of commercial transactions and documentation involving sales, acquisitions, leasing, and real estate financing and accounting principals. Michael is a critical thinker and a problem solver and he finds it most rewarding to be able to make a difference in his clients’ lives by solving their legal or financial concerns.
Michael Panah is licensed to practice law in the State of California (CA SB# 298608), as well as to practice law before the California Superior Courts, United Stated District Court, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.
When he is not busy advocating on behalf of his clients, Michael is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys biking, skiing, and river rafting. He loves spending time with his teens and friends.
Michael also finds time to give back to his community through community service—providing legal aid pro-bono services and teaching faith-based children’s classes on a part-time basis.
